The Old Age Pension Scheme is implemented by the Department of Social Welfare, Government of Purvanchal, under the State Social Assistance Programme.
Eligibility: residents of Purvanchal aged 60 years and above on the day of applying. One active application per mobile number. Applications are decided within 15 days as per the Purvanchal Right to Public Services Act; applications not decided within the statutory period stand approved (deemed approval).
Pension amount: Rs. 250 per month, credited by DBT to the applicant's bank account.
Required at application: a mobile number (for OTP), bank account and IFSC, and one age proof document (Birth certificate, School leaving certificate, Voter ID card (EPIC); JPG, PNG or PDF up to 5 MB). Aadhaar is not accepted as proof of date of birth.
Applications close at 23:59 on 31 October 2026 (IST).
A pending application can be withdrawn from the status portal and a fresh one submitted.

You sign in on this portal with an OTP and choose what the assistant may do; the assistant never sees your OTP. The same rules apply as on this form.
